We are pleased to inform you that the SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai, is organising a National Trial Advocacy and Judgment Writing Competition. For the fourth successive year Pravin Gandhi College of Law has the distinction of hosting The Nyayavalokan: National Trial Advocacy & Judgment Writing Competition. Pravin Gandhi College Of Law is only the second college in India to be hosting such an event at such a large scale. We feel privileged to inform you that this competition was conducted in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and met with resounding success on each of these occasions.
The competition shall be held over a span of three days, i.e., 4th October to 6th October, 2013 and shall be held in the college premises. We hereby invite your esteemed institution to participate in the aforementioned competition.
The Trial Advocacy Case, Rules of the competition, Registration form & exhibits are enclosed herewith. We would be glad if you could confirm your team’s participation on or before 12th September, 2013 via e-mail at nyayavalokan@gmail.com. Participation is restricted to first 16 teams on first come first serve basis.
Therefore, participating colleges must send the duly filled registration form with the team details along with a registration fee of Rs 2000/- payable by DD in favour of “Pravin Gandhi College of Law” on or before 16th September, 2013 at the postal address mentioned below. Kindly e-mail a soft copy of the form to nyayavalokan@gmail.com.
Accommodation shall be provided only on prior request. The colleges who need accommodation facility need to make a prior intimation to the host college and send an additional demand draft for Rs. 3200/- (Rs. 800/- per person) in favour of “Pravin Gandhi College of Law” along with the registration form.
